Luxembourg 30/01/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Court of First Instance ruled on 30 January that the Commission had acted correctly in its accusation made against Wanadoo Interactive SA (WIN), a subsidiary of France Télécom, for having abused its dominant position in order to offer “predatory” prices on the French broadband internet market (Case T-340/03). The Court rejected all the different elements provided in the appeal, but an appeal at the Court of Justice has not been ruled out.
