06/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commissioner in charge of Justice and Home Affairs, Franco Frattini, stated on Tuesday that with regard to the Swift Affair, he had not yet received any response from the Belgian Justice Minister, nor from any of the other Member States. "I have not had a response from anybody yet", said Mr Frattini, in reference to the letters sent out by the Commission (EUROPE 9318). (hb)
