21/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 20 November the European Central Bank (ECB) third progress report on TARGET2, whose progress, according to the Frankfurt institution in a press release, is well advanced. The go-live date of the single shared platform for TARGET2 was set for 19 November 2007. It sets out the transition to a single tariff structure as part of Eurosystem domestic and cross-border payments, as well as a level of harmonised service.
