Updating rules on funding market subsidies

Strasbourg, 15/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament has approved, without amendments, the proposal to amend the regulation of the common market organisation in the fishing and aquaculture products sector. The report by Philippe Morillon (EPP-ED, France) on this subject was adopted on 14 November in Strasbourg with 450 votes for, 18 against and 12 abstentions.
