Brussels, 09/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 8 November the Commission presented the breakdown of pre-accession aid for 2008-2010 to Turkey, Croatia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania. The indicative financial framework for 2008-2010 is the first since the creation of the new pre-accession aid instrument in July 2006. Due to delays in negotiations of the financial framework for 2007-2013, the Commission has been unable to present programming for 2007-2009. For 2007, it is counting on €1.2552bn (at current prices) for all beneficiaries. According to the figures presented, the global envelope is €1.3833bn for 2008, 1.4804bn for 2009 and 1.6217bn for 2010. the sharing key is as follows: Turkey (497.2 million in 2007, according to the preliminary budget which still needs to be negotiated): 538.7 in 2008, 566.4 in 2009, 653.7 in 2010; Croatia (138.5 million in 2007): 146 in 2008, 151.2 in 2009 and 154.2 in 2010; Macedonia (58.5 million in 2007): 70.2 in 2008, 81.8 in 2009 and 92.3 in 2010; Serbia (186.7 million in 2007): 190.9 in 2008, 194.8 in 2009 and 198.7 in 2010 ; Montenegro (31.4 million in 2007): 32.6 in 2008, 33.3 in 2009 and 34 in 2010 ; Kosovo (63.3 million in 2007): 64.7 in 2008, 66.1 in 2009 and 67.3 in 2010; Bosnia - Herzegovina (62.1 million in 2007): 74.8 in 2008, 89.1 in 2009 and 106 in 2010; Albania (61 million in 2007): 70.7 in 2008, 81.2 in 2009 and 93,2 in 2010.
