Brussels, 08/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission's report on Turkey (see related article) is 'honest and objective' and does not justify recent panic and calls for suspension of accession negotiations with Turkey, said Dutch Green MEP Joost Lagendijk, President of the European Parliament Delegation for Relations with the Turkish Grand Assembly, at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon.
