Council's debate on reform of wine sector to resume in spring 2007

Luxembourg, 25/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - In Luxembourg on Wednesday 25 October, the agriculture ministers of the Member States of the EU concluded their debate on the communication of the Commission of 22 June recommending a "fundamental" reform of the common market organisation (CMO) for wine, tackling subjects related to the quality of production (geographic indications, labelling and wine-making practices).
