25/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana began a tour of the Middle East on 25 October, going to Israel, the Palestinian territories, Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt. During his visits, the EU High Representative will meet with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, the President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora, King Abdullah II of Jordan and Egyptian President Hosni Moubarak.
