25/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans by American investment group Apollo Group to take sole control of TNT Logistics Holdings BV of the Netherlands, TNT Container Logistik GmbH of Germany, and certain of TNT's business activities in France. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure. (ab)
