Brussels, 17/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - With no progress in cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), negotiations with Serbia on a Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) will remain suspended, Finnish foreign minister Erkki Tuomioja said on Monday, following troika talks with the Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica.
