17/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - It is expected that, on 19 October, the European Commission will decide to fix at around €450 million the provisional amount of Community aid to be granted in 2007 for the restructuring and conversion programmes for vineyards in EU Member States. The subsidies will be for actions in the 2006-2007 marketing year. (EUROPE 9281 on the allocation of €448 million in 2006 for these programmes). (lc)
