17/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 17 October the General Affairs Council adopted a regulation establishing a European neighbourhood and partnership instrument for 2007-13. It will have an envelope of €11.181bn for seven years and will fund EU neighbourhood policy (ENP) in 17 beneficiary countries: Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldavia, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, Russia, Syria, Tunisia et Ukraine.
