Brussels, 11/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - In a joint declaration, EU-Africa troika foreign ministers, meeting in Brazzaville on 10 October (see EUROPE 9282) expressed their desire that the second Europe-Africa Summit be held in Lisbon in 2007.
