11/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - Silvana Koch-Mehrin MEP (ALDE, Germany) is disappointed by the goals of the future German presidency of the EU regarding the European Constitution (see other article above). Ms Koch-Mehrin criticised the fact that “Ms Merkel wants to limit herself to presenting a road map for ratifying the Constitutional Treaty but she has not made any concrete proposal on ratification procedures or on the substance of the Treaty”.
