07/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Revios Rückversicherung AG (Revios) of Germany by SCOR S.A. (SCOR) of France. Both companies are active in reinsurance. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
