07/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of T&M CAR S.r.l. (T&M CAR) of Italy by Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Toyota Tsusho) of Japan and T.T. Holding S.p.A. (TTH) of Italy, active in the retail distribution of new and used passenger cars and spare parts, and the provision of related services. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
