Commission declares ambitions ahead of Euro-African Conference on migration and development in Rabat on 10 and 11 July

Brussels, 07/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - With some sixty African and European countries meeting from Monday in Rabat in the Euro-African Ministerial Conference on migration and development, the European Commission announced that the three main axes of cooperation would be legal immigration, followed by the partnership for development and illegal immigration. These issues concern at one and the same time countries of origin, transit and destination.
