Brussels, 07/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - The plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which now has 56 member states after the accession of Montenegro) ended in Brussels on 7 July with the closely-fought election of its new president.
