Poland finally able to take part in carbon market - Most Member States late with second allocation plans for CO2 emissions quotas

Brussels, 03/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - Poland's first allocation plan for emissions of greenhouse gases (period 2005-2007) is now in line with the requirements of Community legislation.
