03/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of sole control of Metalworking IMC International Metalworking Companies (IMC) of Israel by Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (Berkshire) of the US. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
