According to Eurostat, third of EU population has no basic computer skills

Brussels, 26/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - According to a recent survey by Eurostat, the European Communities' Statistical Office, more than a third of EU25 population have no basic computer skills (37%) (figures for 2005). This was the average figure but large differences also existed between age groups (10% for those aged between 16-24) and 65% for those aged between 55-77.
