Brussels, 07/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - Louis Michel, European Commissioner for the Development Policy, met Mwenda-Bantu Mungongo, the president of the Alliance of the Traditional Authorities of the Congo, and representatives of three dynasties of Katanga, in Brussels on Wednesday.
