Ministers discuss new e-communications regulations, e-government and network security

Brussels, 07/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The EU will hold its next Telecoms Council on Thursday afternoon in Luxembourg, chaired by Hubert Gorbach, Austrian transport, innovation and technology minister. There will be three items on the agenda: 1) e-government for all. Ministers will adopt conclusions after a public debate concerning the European Commission's 25 April report 'i2010 e-government action plan: accelerating e-government in Europe for the benefit of all'.
