As requested by the European Council in March 2006, the European Commission and the EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, have drawn up a joint document on the EU's foreign policy with regard to energy, to be submitting to EU Heads of State at the European Council of 15 and 16 June 2006. EUROPE 9202 of 1 June outlined significant areas of the document and below we publish the entire document in English and French as part of the EUROPE/Documents series.
