23/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light for the joint takeover of Swiss company Dr E. Graub AG, which sells pharmaceutical products for animals by German agricultural products (seeds pesticides etc.) companies Agravis Raiffeisen AG and BayWa AG. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
