Brussels, 27/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers adopted a regulation without debate on 25 April on tuna fishing rules for EU fishermen in the waters off Micronesia. On 15 March, the European Parliament gave its opinion on this fishing agreement (See Europe 9153) which will apply for nine years from the date of its entry into force.
