Brussels, 27/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The EU-Latin America Summit in Vienna (Austria) on 12/13 May may reach ambitious conclusions, if the report by Jose Ignacio Salafranca (EPP-ED, Spain) adopted by the European Parliament on Thursday, is anything to go by. The report stresses the need for the two regions to form a genuine strategic partnership, including the establishment of a free trade zone by 2010, a genuine social and cultural knowledge-based partnership and a security partnership...
