Brussels, 27/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 27 March, the Czech authorities informed the European Commission that they suspected the presence of an H5 bird flu virus in a wild swan which was found dead at Hluboka Nad Vltavou, 150km from Prague. Samples have been sent for confirmation to the Community reference laboratory in Weybridge.
