23/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has endorsed the proposal of the German company EnBW Energie Baden-Würtemberg to acquire sole control of Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG, which is also active in the energy sector. The operation was examined according to simplified procedure.
