23/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - Carla Del Ponte, Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) will be in Brussels on 31 March. She will meet Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn to discuss the level of Bosnia-Herzegovina's and, more especially, Serbia-Montenegro's cooperation with ICTY, after her meeting, in Banja Luka on 29 March, with the Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska, a Serbian entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik and, in Belgrade, with the Serbian President and Prime Minister Boris Tadic and Vojislav Kostunica. These are vitally important meetings only a few days before the expiry of the time given to both countries by the EU to demonstrate their willingness to cooperate with the ICTY. (see EUROPE 9140).
