23/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - Forza Italia MEPs Antonio Tajani and Mario Mauro have submitted a written question to the EU Council on the case of Afghan man Abdul Rahman who could face the death penalty for converting to Christianity. The German government has been particularly involved in this case, with Foreign Minister Steinmeier having been in contact with his Afghan counterpart.
