10/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the joint acquisition by ABN Amro CapitalFrance SA and Astorg Partners (France) of OFIC Group, which manufactures and distributes roofing material and egg packaging. The transaction was considered under the simplified procedure.
