Javier Solana welcomes entry into force of declaration on customs between Ukraine and Moldova

Brussels, 06/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - At the start of the entry into force of the joint Ukraine and Moldova declaration on customs, the EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, made the following declaration on 6 March, “I welcome that the Joint Declaration of the Ukrainian and Moldovan Prime Ministers of 30 December 2005 is now being implemented, whereby Ukraine only recognises Moldovan customs stamps and Moldova facilitates the registration of Transnistrian enterprises in...
