Brussels, 06/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Austrian EU Council Presidency is to hold a conference in St Polten on 18 and 19 April on a theme that is dear to Austria, subsidiarity. Organised in collaboration with the Austrian parliament and the Land of Lower-Austria, the conference is entitled “Europe begins at home”.
