06/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Young European Federalists (YEF) and the European Federalist Movement of Lombardy (MFE, Italy) are organising a seminar on 29 April - 1st May in Desenzano Del Garda on the theme of, “Beyond the European Constitution: United States of Europe or Europe in a Multi-speed Union”. Questions to be raised include: Has the Dream of a United States of Europe Died? Can the Project be Resumed with a Core of States within an Enlarged Union? Europe and the World...
