Commissioner Borg visits UK

Brussels, 06/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Fisheries and Maritime Affairs Joe Borg is visiting the United Kingdom on 6 and 7 March. On the occasion, the opening of the World Maritime Technology Conference (WMTC) in London, he explained the state of advancement of the European Commission's work with a view to presenting its green paper on maritime policy, stressing, as a press release indicates, the role of research and training in growth and employment in the sector...
