03/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - After rising 0.7% in both the EU25 and the eurozone in the third quarter of last year, GNP rose by 0.3% in both zones in the fourth quarter of last year. Annually, growth rose 1.8% and 1.7% respectively (compared with 3.2% in the United States and 4.5% in Japan). The European Commission's Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs' projected range for GDP growth in the first, second and third quarter of this year.
