Brussels, 02/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 2 March, a spokesperson for EU Internal Market Commissioner Charlie McGreevy said the Commission had received information from Italian company Enel, but did not describe it as a formal complaint. He explained the document might provide new information to be analysed by the Commission before any comments were made or measures taken.
