02/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - Following the adoption on 28 February of regulation EC 355/2006 introducing provisional anti-dumping duty on the import of side-by-side fridges from South Korea, manufacturer Whirlpool Europe (which made the original complaint and owns production sites in EU Member States) has issued a press release welcoming the European Commission's support for its campaign against illegal practices by South Korean manufacturers that damage the interests of EU industry.
