Brussels, 23/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 22 February, the European Parliament's constitutional affairs committee adopted the report of its Chairman, the German Social Democrat Jo Leinen, recommending consolidation of the role and the Statute of European political parties (see EUROPE 9117).
