23/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - At a meeting with MEPs in Brussels (see EUROPE 9137), the Secretary General of the Arab League, Amr Moussa, said the time had come for Israelis and Palestinians to make peace but this would not be achieved by pushing the future Palestinian government to deadlock (he called the new Palestinian government to distinguish between the Hamas movement and its earlier beliefs).
