10/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Autodis S.A (Autodis), of France by Parts Holding Sarl (Parts) of Luxembourg, part of the UK Investcorp Group. Autodis sells spare parts for cars and heavy vehicles (trucks, trailers and buses) and industrial non-automotive spare parts. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
