03/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - US defence secretary Donald Rumsfeld wants to cut the number of US troops in Kosovo. In an interview with the Financial Times on 3 February, Rumsfeld explained: 'I am personally hoping that we can continue to reduce some of our forces there.'
