Brussels, 30/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The hostile takeover bid launched last week by the Dutch conglomerate of Indian origin, Mittal Steel, for the French multinational Arcelor, is fuelling a wide range of theories and rumours, relating to the competition, industrial and social policies at European level.
