30/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - European Central Bank (ECB) guideline on the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express system (TARGET) was published on the Official Journal of 23 January (L.18/1). The text amends the earlier guideline of 26 April 2001 on the mechanism for rapid and secure payment of monetary policy operations between national central banks and credit organisations.
