Brussels, 07/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The second meeting of the EU-OPEC Energy Dialogue took place at the OPEC headquarters in Vienna, Austria, on 2 December, attended by EU Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs, UK energy minister Malcolm Wicks, Austrian energy minister Martin Bartenstein, Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Kuweit's energy minister and president of the OPEC Conference.
