07/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans by Cinven, a British venture capital investment group, to acquire the French company Frans Bonhomme SAS, a specialist in the distribution of pipes, plastic tubes and their accessories to professionals. The operation, which has been put at 900 million EUR, was examined under the simplified procedure.
