07/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its agreement to plans by American equity fund Sun Capital Partners IV, which belongs to the Sun Group, to take control of the Sara Lee Corporation, which is also an American company. The latter is active in the design, production, wholesale distribution and sales of brand label clothes, such as Dim, Playtex, Nur Die, Lovable, Wonderbra and Unno. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
