07/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised Macquarie Airports Copenhagen ApS to take sole control of Copenhagen Airports A/S in Denmark, where it owns and manages to airports, in Kastrup hand Roskilde. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
