Brussels, 02/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - 'What way out of the Constitutional Labyrinth?' is the title of the contribution of ECAS (European Citizen Action Service) to the European Commission's Plan D (for Dialogue, Debate and Democracy) and the reflection period on the future of Europe launched by the June European Council after the French and Dutch no votes on the European Constitution.
